Is my credit card information kept secure?

We employ technology such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to prevent unauthorized people from intercepting your credit card information. Payment via credit card processed by Shopify or Paypal payments are additionally secured by Shopify and their purchase protection program.

I don't wish to give my credit card information online. Are there other ways to order?

Which product is right for me?

It is always prudent to consult a health care professional for guidance. To help your research, you may browse our partner site meridianstrategies.info for suggested regimens, model programs and comments by Dr. Raymond Chang for your particular health concerns. For traditional Chinese herbal formulas, you can consult Dr. Chang or Dr. Chen in person in New York for expert advice. For Tibetan Medicine, you can consult Dr. Choeying Phuntsok in person in New York for expert advice on Tibetan pills. All herbal formulas and Tibetan medicine pills can be dispensed on site at the Meridian clinic in mid-town Manhattan, in New York City. Dr. Chang, Dr. Chen and Dr. Phuntsok see patients at the clinic. Email and phone consults are also possible with Dr. Chang.

Where are your items manufactured?

All of our supplements and vitamins are manufactured or distributed in the United States by major US companies. Chinese herbs and Tibetan pills are sourced internationally from pre-selected premium suppliers. The ingredients for our items come from many different countries throughout the world, but we have pre-selected the best in kind for each particular supplement for optimal effectiveness and superior quality for our customers. For specific brands we carry, you can check with the manufacturer directly.

A product I wish to buy is out of stock. Can I still order it?

For shipments in the continental United States: If an item is back-ordered, we will ship the balance of your order immediately and send your back-ordered item when it becomes available at no additional shipping charge.

For shipments elsewhere outside of the continental United States : If an item is back-ordered, we will give you the option of holding your shipment until it is complete or eliminating the back-ordered product from your order.

A product I wish to buy has been discontinued. What can I do?

We are not able to order products that have been discontinued but we are happy to suggest a substitution or source one for you.

Is every product you stock on this site?

We stock many more products that we can list on our site (especially Chinese herbal formulas and Tibetan herbs or pills or other specialty items). If you are interested in something but don't see it, please contact us. There is a good chance that we have it. And if it is out of stock, there is a good chance we can special order it for you.

I am looking for a special product, if its not on your site, can you help me find it?

We are a specialty store and can most likely find anything you are looking for, please give contact us with what you need, and we will quote availability and price.

What about bulk ingredient orders or private manufacturing

Yes, depending on your needs, we can custom source and/or private label manufacture for you. Best is to contact us with your needs.

How can I find out the status of my order?

Ensure you have received a shipping confirmation email and locate tracking number in the email.

My order is listed on UPS.com as "Billing Information Received" what does that mean?

"Billing Information Received" on your tracking indicates that your order has shipped from our warehouse and is in the possession of the carrier. If Billing Information Received is displayed (typically during weekends and holidays), the carrier will process your order on the next business day. We suggest tracking your order the following business day to get detailed information.

I'm missing an item from my order. What do I do?

If an item has is missing from your order please
Check your invoice to ensure that missing item is not on back-order.
Call us immediately so we can check into it.

When will my order ship?

Domestic orders placed by 3 PM Eastern Time will be packed and shipped the same day, pending verification of billing information and the shipping method selected. International orders and specialty orders will be processed as quickly as possible, but cannot always be shipped out the same day.

Are your prices competitive?

We offer very competitive prices for all of our items, and we guarantee that our items are priced at or below manufacturer's suggested retail price at all times. Sometimes, for the same product (e.g. vitamin C), you will find similar items elsewhere for a lower price; but the brand, quality and formulation may not be the same. This is especially true for specialty products and herbs where there are different grades of quality and prices can vary significantly from manufacturer to manufacturer. If you find an exact item (same brand, ingredient, formulation and strength) at a currently lower published price but you want to order from us, please contact us, and we promise to do our best to match the price.

Are the website prices the same as the stores and the catalog?

All online prices and special offers are valid for online purchases only, and may be different from those in our store.

Do you offer wholesale prices for bulk orders?

We can definitely offer wholesale prices for bulk orders (2 dozen or more of an item), especially for items under our own label, or custom herbs. Please contact us if you are interested and we will gladly provide a quote.

I have forgotten my password?

Click the log in or register tab on the upper left corner of the home page, you will then see a "forgot password" link at the bottom right hand corner.
Click and follow instructions and you will receive a temporary reset password via email. With the temporary password, you can log back into the site and change your password under the My Account tab on the upper right hand corner. Any problems, please contact us.

Can I view orders I've placed in the past?

Yes. Click on the "My Account" option at the right upper corner of the home page. Log in using your email address and password. You'll then be able to view your order history.

What is your return policy?

You may return any item purchased from us, except for custom blended Chinese herbal formulas or Tibetan pills especially prepared for you, for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase if the item is unopened and unused for a full refund (minus shipping charges). For online orders, the product ship date is taken as the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened resaleable items received. The refund will be in the original form of payment minus any shipping charges. You may also bring returns in person to our store or you may simply mail the product and receipt to:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. We do not take any responsibility for items damaged during the return shipping process. Meridian Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
